Product Replacement / Exchange / Returns / Order Cancellation
In accordance with our product return policy, you have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days of delivery and request a replacement.
In all cases, returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. The exchange process is initiated by contacting our company via email or telephone.
You then send the product to be exchanged—in its original condition and packaging—to us at your own expense.

Returns of Defective Products
Our company guarantees that all our products are free from manufacturing or material defects.
However, in the event that products of defective quality are sold or items are damaged during transit, we assume full responsibility for their replacement, as well as the costs associated with their return and re-shipment.
Right of withdrawal – Free refund
You may exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving the product. This means that, within 14 calendar days of receipt, you have the right to return the product for any reason—or even without a specific reason—and request a refund. Please note that, to exercise this right, the returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Shipping Costs: Returns are made at your own expense and using your own means (whether you return the item in person to our company premises or send it via a courier service).
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the product and verify that it is in good condition as described above, we will refund the full amount you paid for the specific purchase.
